• All products are delivered digitally as downloadable files.
• Files are available immediately after purchase via your account.
• You are responsible for downloading and backing up your files.
• We may update or improve files over time. Updated versions will be available through your account when applicable.

Because digital products are delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once the files have been accessed.

If there is a genuine issue such as a broken archive, missing files, or incorrect delivery, contact support and we will resolve the issue promptly.

• You are responsible for maintaining account security.
• Sharing accounts or download access is prohibited.
• Excessive or abusive download behavior may result in temporary or permanent suspension.

Digital files are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee successful printing on every printer, resin, or configuration.

Arcaminis is not liable for failed prints, material costs, lost time, or indirect damages arising from the use of the files.
